Gatling Gun to wczesna broń szybkostrzelna, będąca poprzednikiem współczesnego karabinu maszynowego. W Red Dead Redemption 2 występuje jako broń zamontowana na stałe, a nie jako broń noszona przez postać. Jej typ amunicji nie jest osobno podany, a sama broń pozostaje w miejscu instalacji.
W grze znajduje się tylko jeden Gatling Gun. Jest zamontowany w Fort Mercer, w New Austin. Ponieważ New Austin staje się dostępne w epilogu, z broni można skorzystać dopiero po zakończeniu głównej historii, gdy epilog prowadzi do tej części mapy.

- ◆There is a very rare glitch in which the player uses the Gatling Gun immediately after the Bolt Action Rifle, and the Gatling will only fire one bullet every time the firing handle is turned.
