Робби Лейдлоу, по всей видимости, последний оставшийся в живых член своей семьи, шотландский преступник. Scarlett Meadows Sheriff's Office разыскивает его за кражу и мошенничество, а также подозревает в нападении на помощника шерифа. После Chapter 3 Артур Морган получает объявление о розыске Лейдлоу, поймав Mark Johnson и найдя семейную фотографию Лейдлоу в Old Harry Fen, в Scarlett Meadows, Lemoyne.
Артур входит в хижину Лейдлоу в Old Harry Fen, где сообщник Робби валит его на пол. Артур отбивается, но Робби уже выбегает наружу. Он мчится к ближайшему полю и поджигает его, надеясь, что огонь и дым помешают Артуру продолжить погоню. Артур преследует его через горящее поле и ловит, несмотря на эту попытку скрыться.

- ◆If you don't inspect the Newspaper scrap on time, it won't be in your inventory and if you go to the cabin with John or Arthur again later, the envelope will be there but when you grab it, it will only give you a generic envelope that is not even in the inventory. If you go a third time, the envelope will be there, but you won't be able to pick it up and the message "You can't carry more of this item." will appear. If all this happens, you won't be able to do the bounty hunting mission.
- ◆If you acquire the family photograph and newspaper scrap before completing chapter 3 and capturing Mark Johnson, it may become impossible to trigger this bounty. Sometimes it can trigger after missions with Sadie Adler in the Epilogue, but the conditions for it are unclear.
