Cruiser (bike)

The PED Cycles Cruiser is a single-seat bicycle in the Cycles class, styled after the beach cruisers that became popular in the 1930s. It has a sturdy frame, chrome fenders and inverted chrome handlebars, with a large black saddle, a right-side chain guard, front lamp and red rear reflector. Its frame appears in several primary colours, while the chain guard is grey. It also carries a bell unlike those fitted to the other bicycles.

The Cruiser is the slowest bicycle in Grand Theft Auto V and the heaviest of its class. Its weight prevents bunny hops and wheelies, though it can still perform stoppies. It makes up for its poor speed with handling better than every bicycle except the BMX. Despite the claim that it lacks brakes, it brakes normally in use.

It is sold by Pedal and Metal Cycles for $3,000. Cruisers can also be found at Mr. Spoke Bike Rental on Vespucci Beach, in the garden of a white mansion in Rockford Hills near the pool, and around Mirror Park's bike paths. They sometimes appear on the bike paths at Vespucci Beach and Mad Wayne Thunder Drive, travelling north.
