Whippet Race Bike

The Whippet Race Bike is a single-seat race bicycle in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online. Its lightweight frame combines features of several real-world racing bikes: Pinarello Dogma-style front forks, a modified Tour Grade Starline R12 down tube, De Rosa SK 8050-inspired seat and top tubes, and Focus Izalco Race-like chain stays. It has black drop handlebars, vertical brake levers, a rear reflector, flat-rimmed wheels and inner spokes.

The bicycle appears in a white and yellow livery, with "WHIPPET" printed along the down tube and "K9 Speed" on its rims. Its visible drivetrain resembles a 2x1 arrangement, although the handlebars have brake levers rather than shifting controls. In the original release its spokes are silver or chrome, while the enhanced version gives the front wheel black spokes.

In Grand Theft Auto V, Pedal and Metal Cycles sells the Whippet Race Bike for $2,500. Two sit on Route 68 east of the purchasable Los Santos Customs, and NPC cyclists use it on Route 68 and in the San Chianski Mountain Range. After Reuniting the Family, Jimmy De Santa rides a yellow one between the De Santa Residence and elsewhere. In GTA Online, it costs $10,000 from Pedal and Metal Cycles and may appear by a cyclist on Route 68 between Los Santos Customs and Harmony. It is among the fastest bicycles, matching the Endurex Race Bike and Tri-Cycles Race Bike, but cannot wheelie or bunny hop. Leaning forward improves its top speed slightly at the cost of stiffer handling.
