BMX (HD Universe)

The PED Cycles BMX is a single-seat BMX bicycle in the Cycles class. Its compact frame and small wheels come in several frame colours, with one brake on the right handlebar. Although its description refers to pegs, the model has none, and it carries neither a bell nor a light. It is light and nimble, suited to bunny hops, wheelies and other tricks, but hard crashes can throw off its wheels.

It costs $500 from Pedal and Metal Cycles in Grand Theft Auto V, while Grand Theft Auto Online lists it for $800. In Los Santos, it appears in Chamberlain Hills, Grove Street in Davis, Vespucci Beach Skate Park, Vinewood Hills and the half pipes at BJ Smith Recreational Center and Broker Park. It also turns up at the Redwood Lights Track in the evening and at certain houses, including the dealer's house visited in Hood Safari.

The BMX trails the Tri-Cycles, Whippet, Endurex and Scorcher for speed, but outruns the Cruiser. Families members and Ballas riders use it around south Los Santos. It appears at the bike rental in Daddy's Little Girl and with three NPCs in Hood Safari. Online missions put BMXs in gang activity, including Nightclub Raid: Gang Raid, Investigation: The Ballas, Grove Street Survival, Scrapyard Survival, Recovery Time and First Dose 4 - Uncontrolled Substance.
