Ripley

The HVY Ripley is a two-seat Utility-class pushback tractor and heavy truck used around Los Santos International Airport. It has a short, square body, a high cab and raised rear section, with yellow-and-black ram bars and central towbars at both ends. FlyUS markings, including jet graphics and the airline's slogan, cover its white body. Its name refers to Ellen Ripley from the Alien films.

Its shape draws on real-world airliner pushback tractors, particularly their compact proportions, elevated cab and rear equipment section. The name also connects it to Aliens, whose Colonial Marines use an armoured carrier built from a decommissioned Hunslet ATT77 airliner tug. In Grand Theft Auto V, the Ripley has transparent roof beacons, exposed engine vents and oversized industrial wheels.

The Ripley commonly drives on the grounds of Los Santos International Airport and may be parked beside plane hangars. Its pickup is average for a truck, while its top speed and braking are below average. The short wheelbase gives it a tight turning circle, and it can shove cars hard enough to overturn them at low speed. Its cab leaves occupants exposed to gunfire, while its large tyres are easy to disable.
