En Clemens Point, Arthur menciona a Dutch la advertencia de Trelawny sobre unos cazarrecompensas. Dutch cree que quizá no sea más que un rumor, pero acepta que Trelawny lleva demasiado tiempo desaparecido y manda a Arthur a buscarlo. Charles lo acompaña hasta la caravana que Trelawny alquila en las afueras de Rhodes. Dentro encuentran una comida abandonada, una cama sin hacer y sangre, señales de que se lo han llevado por la fuerza.
Arthur y Charles localizan el rastro que sale de la caravana y lo siguen por Scarlett Meadows. En el bosque encuentran a dos hombres junto al bastón de Trelawny. Los dos compañeros reducen a los hombres, y Arthur interroga a uno de ellos. Este revela que unos cazarrecompensas al mando de Cole Stoudemire llevaron a Trelawny a una granja cerca de Braithwaite Manor.
En la granja, Arthur y Charles encuentran a Trelawny golpeado y retenido por los cazarrecompensas. Los hombres escapan hacia los maizales de los Braithwaite, donde Arthur y Charles los persiguen. Uno toma a Arthur como rehén, pero Charles lo mata con un cuchillo. Acaban con los demás en el granero y regresan junto a Trelawny. Él asegura que no contó nada a sus captores y acepta quedarse con la banda. Charles y Trelawny se alejan a caballo, dejando a Arthur cerca de Rhodes.

Curiosidades
- ◆Depending on Arthur's honor, he will say something different at the end of the mission.
- ◆If Arthur's honor is high, he will comment on the increasing civilization and how he wants to return to life in the open country.
- ◆If Arthur's honor is low, he will say that there is more civilization now wherever he and the gang go and that "perhaps this is it from now on".
- ◆The Rare Rolling Block Rifle can be looted from a bounty hunter in the barn.
- ◆The player can skip the fighting sequence just by shooting one of the men before approaching their camp. This will also trigger a unique cutscene and a loss of Honor. If one of them is killed they will use the same voice lines.
- ◆The player can also shoot near the bounty hunters without killing any of them. This would trigger a different cutscene.
- ◆All of the bounty hunter enemies featured in this mission can be looted for an unusually high amount of money compared to other typical enemies, with each one carrying around $20, give or take a few dollars. If all seven bounty hunter's bodies are looted, the player can earn about $150 by the end of the mission in cash alone.
- ◆If the player throws a Fire Bottle or Dynamite before re-entering the cornfield when finding the third bounty hunter, the cutscene of Arthur being held hostage will be skipped entirely, but will cause the mission to glitch and no longer progress.
- ◆When fighting the final two bounty hunters in the barn, Charles' attacks will inflict no damage to them. Furthermore, the player can disarm these two enemies by attacking with fists and they will fight back accordingly. If the player leads them to Charles, they will engage him in a fistfight, disarm him and kill him, usually by choking him out from behind.
