Il Mammoth Patriot è un SUV di lusso full-size a quattro porte in Grand Theft Auto V, con spazio per quattro occupanti. Classificato tra gli SUV ma costruito come light truck, mantiene la forma civile adottata nell'HD Universe dopo essere apparso come veicolo militare nei giochi precedenti. Il suo esterno in GTA V è lo stesso utilizzato dal Patriot di GTA IV.
Il design si ispira soprattutto all'Hummer H2, mentre la griglia ricorda quella dell'Hummer H1. Presenta passaruota svasati, predellini laterali, un unico scarico sul lato del guidatore e finestrini squadrati, con vetri oscurati nel vano posteriore. Il SUV utilizza grandi ruote a sette razze con pneumatici a profilo ribassato, mentre il tetto presenta finiture argentate e luci di ingombro.
Il Patriot costa $32,000. Il suo colore primario influisce anche sulle cuciture degli interni, mentre il colore secondario viene usato per le maniglie delle portiere. After Hours gli conferisce modelli delle luci rivisti, un nuovo motore e una disposizione riorganizzata delle luci posteriori. In GTA Online, può ricevere ulteriori modifiche, tra cui una barra luminosa sul tetto non funzionante e livree Gunrunning.
