Mammoth Patriot представляет собой большой роскошный SUV с четырьмя дверями и четырьмя местами в Grand Theft Auto V. Он относится к классу SUV, но построен как лёгкий грузовик. Машина сохраняет гражданский облик, принятый в HD Universe после её прежних появлений в роли военного транспорта. Внешность Patriot в GTA V совпадает с внешностью модели из GTA IV.
Основой дизайна служит Hummer H2, а решётка радиатора напоминает Hummer H1. У автомобиля расширенные колёсные арки, боковые подножки, один выхлоп со стороны водителя и квадратные окна, причём задняя часть имеет тонированные стёкла. SUV оснащён крупными семиспицевыми дисками с низкопрофильными шинами, серебристой отделкой крыши и габаритными огнями.
Patriot стоит $32,000. Основной цвет влияет и на прострочку салона, а дополнительный применяется к дверным ручкам. После After Hours модель получает обновлённые световые элементы, новый двигатель и изменённую компоновку задних фонарей. В GTA Online для неё доступны дополнительные модификации, включая неработающую световую панель на крыше и ливреи Gunrunning.
