O Mammoth Patriot e um SUV de luxo grande, com quatro portas e espaço para quatro ocupantes em Grand Theft Auto V. Classificado entre os SUVs, mas construído como um caminhão leve, ele mantém a versão civil adotada no HD Universe depois de ter sido um veículo militar em jogos anteriores. Seu exterior em GTA V e o mesmo usado pelo Patriot de GTA IV.
O visual se baseia principalmente no Hummer H2, enquanto a grade lembra a do Hummer H1. Ele tem para-lamas alargados, estribos, um escapamento único no lado do motorista e janelas quadradas, com vidros escurecidos na parte traseira. O SUV usa rodas grandes de sete raios com pneus de perfil baixo, além de acabamento prateado e luzes de marcação no teto.
O Patriot custa $32.000. A cor primária também altera a costura do interior, e a cor secundária aparece nas maçanetas. Depois de After Hours, ele recebe modelos de luzes revisados, um motor novo e lanternas traseiras reorganizadas. Em GTA Online, pode receber outras modificações, incluindo uma barra de luzes no teto que não funciona e pinturas de Gunrunning.
