El Mammoth Patriot es un SUV de lujo grande de cuatro puertas, con capacidad para cuatro ocupantes en Grand Theft Auto V. Está clasificado entre los SUV, aunque su construcción es la de un camión ligero. Conserva la versión civil adoptada en el HD Universe, tras haber sido un vehículo militar en juegos anteriores. Su exterior en GTA V es el mismo que el del Patriot de GTA IV.
Su diseño toma como referencia principal al Hummer H2, mientras que la parrilla se parece a la del Hummer H1. Lleva pasos de rueda ensanchados, estribos, una sola salida de escape en el lado del conductor y ventanillas cuadradas, con cristales tintados en la sección trasera. El SUV utiliza grandes llantas de siete radios con neumáticos de perfil bajo, además de molduras plateadas y luces de posición sobre el techo.
El Patriot cuesta $32.000. El color principal también afecta a las costuras del interior, mientras que el secundario se aplica a las manijas de las puertas. Después de After Hours, recibe modelos de luces revisados, un motor nuevo y una disposición distinta para las luces traseras. En GTA Online admite más modificaciones, incluida una barra de luces de techo sin función y libreas de Gunrunning.

None of these additions will affect the Patriot's performance (other than the bullbar possibly protecting the headlights from breaking in crashes), and also cannot be purchased nor modified at any Los Santos Customs.
- ◆Patriots driven by NPCs have a small radio antenna above the windscreen. When the player enters a Patriot, the antenna disappears.
