Der Mammoth Patriot ist ein viertüriger Luxus-SUV der Oberklasse in Grand Theft Auto V und bietet Platz für vier Insassen. Er wird zwar als SUV klassifiziert, ist aber als leichter Lkw gebaut und behält die zivile Form bei, die im HD Universe übernommen wurde, nachdem er in früheren Spielen als Militärfahrzeug aufgetreten war. Sein Äußeres in GTA V entspricht dem des GTA IV Patriot.
Das Design orientiert sich hauptsächlich am Hummer H2, während sein Kühlergrill dem des Hummer H1 ähnelt. Er besitzt ausgestellte Radkästen, Trittbretter, einen einzelnen Auspuff auf der Fahrerseite und kantige Fenster, wobei der hintere Bereich getönte Scheiben hat. Der SUV nutzt große Sieben-Speichen-Räder mit Niederquerschnittsreifen, und sein Dach ist mit silbernen Zierleisten und Begrenzungsleuchten versehen.
Der Patriot kostet $32,000. Seine Primärfarbe wirkt sich auch auf die Nähte im Innenraum aus, während seine Sekundärfarbe für die Türgriffe verwendet wird. After Hours verleiht ihm überarbeitete Lichtmodelle, einen neuen Motor und eine neu angeordnete Rückleuchtenanordnung. In GTA Online kann er weitere Modifikationen erhalten, darunter eine nicht funktionierende Dachlichtleiste und Gunrunning-Lackierungen.
