Mammoth Patriot to duży, luksusowy SUV z czworgiem drzwi i miejscem dla czterech osób w Grand Theft Auto V. Należy do klasy SUV-ów, lecz zachowuje konstrukcję lekkiej ciężarówki. Ma cywilną formę przyjętą w HD Universe po tym, jak w starszych grach występował jako pojazd wojskowy. Jego nadwozie w GTA V jest identyczne z Patroitem z GTA IV.
Projekt opiera się przede wszystkim na Hummerze H2, a grill przypomina ten z Hummera H1. Auto ma poszerzone nadkola, stopnie boczne, pojedynczy wydech po stronie kierowcy oraz kwadratowe szyby, z przyciemnionymi szybami tylnej części. SUV korzysta z dużych, siedmioramiennych felg i opon niskoprofilowych. Na dachu ma srebrne wykończenia oraz światła obrysowe.
Patriot kosztuje $32,000. Kolor podstawowy wpływa także na przeszycia wnętrza, a kolor dodatkowy obejmuje klamki. Po aktualizacji After Hours otrzymuje zmienione modele świateł, nowy silnik i przeorganizowane tylne lampy. W GTA Online można zamontować kolejne modyfikacje, w tym niedziałającą belkę świetlną na dachu oraz malowania Gunrunning.
