Lo Stanley Tractor è un veicolo utilitario monoposto a guida diretta, presentato come una vecchia macchina agricola malridotta. La sua carrozzeria arrugginita ospita un motore anteriore parzialmente coperto, un sedile di guida in acciaio nudo, strette ruote anteriori e grandi ruote posteriori con profondi battistrada da fango, sotto parafanghi posteriori. Il design richiama i trattori dei primi anni 1920, mentre il lungo passo e la posizione di guida ricordano modelli successivi degli anni 1930.

È tra i veicoli più lenti di Grand Theft Auto V e Grand Theft Auto Online. La trascuratezza lo ha reso debole, con poca coppia o potenza, e fatica a trovare trazione e velocità. Il rumoroso motore antiquato aziona le ruote posteriori tramite un cambio a tre marce. Pur non essendo un veicolo pratico per la strada, la sua configurazione agricola si adatta ai terreni sterrati, e il conducente può usare un Sawed-off Shotgun negli attacchi in movimento.

Un Tractor standard è solitamente parcheggiato vicino alla casa di Ursula, presso El Gordo Lighthouse, e può apparire raramente accanto a un piccolo deposito nei terreni agricoli vicino ai sentieri che conducono alla ferrovia. Michael riceve l'Epsilon Tractor più pulito dopo Unknowing the Truth se consegna il denaro all'Epsilon Program. In Online, si sblocca come veicolo Pegasus al livello 1000 di Arena War Sponsorship. Un Tractor appare anche nella pubblicità televisiva di Pißwasser.

◆A static version of the (with a different grille and body texture) was cut from Manhunt 2. The model was originally used in the removed ending cutscene of , replaced by a pre-rendered cutscene video in the final version.
◆A Tractor is also featured in the Pißwasser advert on the in-game TV.
◆Given its close resemblance to a Fordson Tractor, it is the oldest usable vehicle in the game. This makes it older than the Roosevelt.
◆Despite having metal wheels, when the player is driving at top speed and presses the handbrake, tire sounds can be heard and tire marks will also appear on the asphalt. This can also be seen if driving over grass or soil. Even during normal driving, tire screeching sounds can be heard when tightly cornering.
◆Its distorted horn is similar to the beater vehicles' horns.
◆If the player holds the horn button while on a Tractor, the protagonist will press the horn repeatedly rather than holding it down.
◆Similar to the Caddy and The Liberator, The Tractor does not have any working external lights.

◆The vehicle's engine model is loosely based on what would be a V16, evidenced by the spark plug configuration. Realistically, V16s would not fit in such a vehicle, however if the vehicle was to use a twin-spark configuration, it would more fittingly be a straight-8 cylinder engine.
