Tractor производства Stanley представляет собой одноместную сельскохозяйственную утилитарную машину, выполненную в виде старого, изношенного трактора. У него ржавый кузов, частично прикрытый передний двигатель, открытое стальное сиденье, узкие передние колёса и крупные задние колёса с грунтовым протектором под задними крыльями. В облике заметны черты тракторов начала 1920-х годов, а длинная колёсная база и посадка водителя отсылают к моделям конца 1930-х.

Tractor относится к самым медленным машинам в Grand Theft Auto V и Grand Theft Auto Online. Запущенное состояние делает его слабым, с малой мощностью и крутящим моментом, а тяга и скорость у него невелики. Шумный устаревший двигатель передаёт привод на задние колёса через трёхступенчатую коробку передач. Для поездок по дорогам он непрактичен, но его сельскохозяйственная конструкция подходит для грунта, а водитель может использовать Sawed-off Shotgun в drive-bys.

Обычный Tractor почти всегда стоит возле дома Ursuli у El Gordo Lighthouse. Иногда он появляется у небольшого склада на сельскохозяйственных землях, рядом с тропами к железнодорожным путям. Michael получает более чистый Epsilon Tractor после Unknowing the Truth, если отдаёт деньги Epsilon Program. ◆A static version of the (with a different grille and body texture) was cut from Manhunt 2. The model was originally used in the removed ending cutscene of , replaced by a pre-rendered cutscene video in the final version.
◆A Tractor is also featured in the Pißwasser advert on the in-game TV.
◆Given its close resemblance to a Fordson Tractor, it is the oldest usable vehicle in the game. This makes it older than the Roosevelt.
◆Despite having metal wheels, when the player is driving at top speed and presses the handbrake, tire sounds can be heard and tire marks will also appear on the asphalt. This can also be seen if driving over grass or soil. Even during normal driving, tire screeching sounds can be heard when tightly cornering.
◆Its distorted horn is similar to the beater vehicles' horns.
◆If the player holds the horn button while on a Tractor, the protagonist will press the horn repeatedly rather than holding it down.
◆Similar to the Caddy and The Liberator, The Tractor does not have any working external lights.

◆Unlike other cars, the protagonist will use only one hand to steer the vehicle.
◆The vehicle's engine model is loosely based on what would be a V16, evidenced by the spark plug configuration. Realistically, V16s would not fit in such a vehicle, however if the vehicle was to use a twin-spark configuration, it would more fittingly be a straight-8 cylinder engine.
