Der Stanley Tractor ist ein einsitziges Nutzfahrzeug zum Aufsitzen, das als abgenutzte alte Landmaschine gestaltet ist. Seine rostige Karosserie besitzt einen teilweise abgedeckten Frontmotor, einen nackten Fahrersitz aus Stahl, schmale Vorderräder und große Hinterräder mit tiefem Schmutzprofil unter den hinteren Kotflügeln. Das Design orientiert sich an Traktoren aus den frühen 1920er-Jahren, während der lange Radstand und die Sitzposition an spätere Modelle der 1930er-Jahre erinnern.

Er gehört in Grand Theft Auto V und Grand Theft Auto Online zu den langsamsten Fahrzeugen. Durch die Vernachlässigung ist er schwach, verfügt kaum über Drehmoment oder Leistung und hat Mühe mit Traktion und Geschwindigkeit. Der laute, altertümliche Motor treibt die Hinterräder über ein Dreiganggetriebe an. Als Straßenfahrzeug ist er zwar nicht praktisch, doch seine landwirtschaftliche Bauweise eignet sich für Schmutzgelände, und der Fahrer kann bei Drive-bys eine Sawed-off Shotgun einsetzen.

Ein gewöhnlicher Tractor steht meist nahe Ursulas Haus beim El Gordo Lighthouse und kann selten neben einem kleinen Lagerraum auf Ackerland bei Wegen auftauchen, die zur Bahnstrecke führen. Michael erhält nach Unknowing the Truth den saubereren Epsilon Tractor, wenn er das Geld dem Epsilon Program gibt. In Online wird er bei Arena War Sponsorship Tier 1000 als Pegasus-Fahrzeug freigeschaltet. Ein Tractor erscheint außerdem in der Pißwasser-Fernsehwerbung.

◆A static version of the (with a different grille and body texture) was cut from Manhunt 2. The model was originally used in the removed ending cutscene of , replaced by a pre-rendered cutscene video in the final version.
◆A Tractor is also featured in the Pißwasser advert on the in-game TV.
◆Given its close resemblance to a Fordson Tractor, it is the oldest usable vehicle in the game. This makes it older than the Roosevelt.
◆Despite having metal wheels, when the player is driving at top speed and presses the handbrake, tire sounds can be heard and tire marks will also appear on the asphalt. This can also be seen if driving over grass or soil. Even during normal driving, tire screeching sounds can be heard when tightly cornering.

◆If the player holds the horn button while on a Tractor, the protagonist will press the horn repeatedly rather than holding it down.

◆The vehicle's engine model is loosely based on what would be a V16, evidenced by the spark plug configuration. Realistically, V16s would not fit in such a vehicle, however if the vehicle was to use a twin-spark configuration, it would more fittingly be a straight-8 cylinder engine.
