Tractor produkcji Stanley to jednoosobowy pojazd użytkowy do prac rolniczych, przedstawiony jako stary i zaniedbany traktor. Zardzewiałe nadwozie ma częściowo osłonięty silnik z przodu, odsłonięte stalowe siedzenie, wąskie przednie koła oraz duże tylne koła z bieżnikiem na ziemię, przykryte błotnikami. Projekt nawiązuje do traktorów z początku lat 20., a długi rozstaw osi i pozycja kierowcy przypominają modele z końca lat 30.

Należy do najwolniejszych pojazdów w Grand Theft Auto V i Grand Theft Auto Online. Zaniedbany stan sprawia, że jest słaby, ma niewielką moc i moment obrotowy, a także słabą przyczepność oraz prędkość. Hałaśliwy, przestarzały silnik napędza tylne koła przez trzybiegową skrzynię. Nie nadaje się do jazdy po drogach, lecz jego rolnicza konstrukcja pasuje do terenu ziemnego, a kierowca może używać Sawed-off Shotgun podczas drive-bys.

Zwykły Tractor prawie zawsze stoi przy domu Ursuli koło El Gordo Lighthouse. Rzadko pojawia się też obok małego magazynu na terenach rolniczych, niedaleko ścieżek prowadzących do torów kolejowych. Ciekawostki

◆A static version of the (with a different grille and body texture) was cut from Manhunt 2. The model was originally used in the removed ending cutscene of , replaced by a pre-rendered cutscene video in the final version.
◆A Tractor is also featured in the Pißwasser advert on the in-game TV.
◆Given its close resemblance to a Fordson Tractor, it is the oldest usable vehicle in the game. This makes it older than the Roosevelt.
◆Despite having metal wheels, when the player is driving at top speed and presses the handbrake, tire sounds can be heard and tire marks will also appear on the asphalt. This can also be seen if driving over grass or soil. Even during normal driving, tire screeching sounds can be heard when tightly cornering.
