Canis Seminole to średniej wielkości, czterodrzwiowy SUV dla czterech osób. Jego stylistyka łączy elementy kilku rzeczywistych SUV-ów, w tym duży przedni orurowany zderzak w chromowanej ramie, siatkowy grill, podwójne reflektory i szerokie nadkola. Czarne dolne listwy, napisy "4x4 OFFROAD" na drzwiach oraz prosta, kanciasta tylna część nadają mu typowy wygląd terenówki. Wnętrze dzieli z Cavalcade i Granger, a felgi z Primo.
W Grand Theft Auto V Seminole pojawia się przy wiosce Alamo Sea na północ od Sandy Shores, na Senora Way obok RON Alternates Wind Farm oraz na Great Ocean Highway. Można go też spotkać na północnych ulicach Sandy Shores i Olympic Freeway, a rzadziej w Paleto Bay. W Grand Theft Auto Online często występuje w pobliżu LSIA. Southern San Andreas Super Autos sprzedawało Seminole za $30,000 w ramach aktualizacji Heists, lecz w wersjach enhanced usunięto go ze strony wraz z aktualizacją San Andreas Mercenaries. Los Santos Customs sprzedaje go za $3,000.
Seminole jest SUV-em z napędem na wszystkie koła, o przeciętnej prędkości w swojej klasie i ciężkim, ospałym odczuciu przy zwykłym przyspieszaniu, choć rozpędza się szybciej od Cavalcade i Baller. Zachowuje stabilność przy wysokiej prędkości i nie wykazuje wyraźnej nadsterowności ani podsterowności. Półsztywne zawieszenie utrzymuje nadwozie równo w zakrętach, a zarazem ma dość skoku na nierówny teren. Silnik V6 o pojemności 4.0 litra brzmi łagodnie, podobnie jak w Premier i Primo.

- ◆The car's name is a play on its real-life counterpart, as both the Cherokee and the Seminole are Native American tribes in the southeastern United States.
- ◆The description on Southern San Andreas Super Autos mentions that the Seminole "was derived from a signature car model and encased in a flimsy bodywork". This may be a nod to the origins of the Jeep Grand Cherokee, which was built as a successor to the Jeep Cherokee (XJ) and used an unibody chassis (opposed to the body-on-frame construction).
- ◆This vehicle does not have reverse lights, just like many other cars in the game.
- ◆Strangely, the vehicle does not have any B-pillars, like the Serrano. This can be noticed quite easily when both doors from one side of the car are removed. This was most likely a developer's oversight.
