Lenny kehrt mit der Nachricht nach Horseshoe Overlook zurück, dass Micah wegen Mordes in Strawberry verhaftet wurde und Sheriff Hanley ihn hängen lassen will. Dutch sagt Arthur Morgan, dass sie sich später um Micah kümmern müssen, und schickt ihn dann los, um mit dem aufgewühlten Lenny etwas in Ruhe zu trinken. Arthur reitet mit Lenny nach Valentine und betritt Smithfield's Saloon. An der Bar beginnt Jeb, sie zu provozieren, doch Arthur sorgt dafür, dass er verschwindet, bevor die beiden weitertrinken.

Die Getränke machen Arthur zunehmend unsicher auf den Beinen, und Lenny verschwindet immer wieder aus seinem Blickfeld. Arthur findet ihn oben, wie er ein Schnapsglas auf seiner Stirn balanciert, und sieht ihn später auf der Bar stehen, während er sich gegen zwei Männer wehrt. Arthur stellt sie zur Rede, nur damit der Abend in Line Dance und Blackouts zerfließt. Nachdem er sich draußen erleichtert hat, kehrt Arthur in einen Saloon zurück, in dem jedes Gesicht wie Lenny aussieht. Schließlich findet Lenny ihn, und ihr Wiedersehen wird zu einer betrunkenen Ohrfeigeerei.

Jeb kehrt zurück und schnappt sich Arthurs Getränk, worauf Arthur ihn packt. Draußen halten Arthur und Lenny Jeb über einen Wassertrog, bis Jeb entkommt oder bewusstlos geschlagen wird. Gesetzeshüter treffen ein und verhaften Lenny, während Arthur durch Valentine flieht. Wenn Arthur entkommt, wacht er mit einem Kater nahe Flatneck Station auf. Falls das Gesetz ihn schnappt, zahlen er und Lenny im Gefängnis von Valentine die Kaution, wo Lenny sich auf der Straße übergibt, bevor sie sich trennen.

  • ◆When Arthur looks for Lenny whilst extremely drunk, one of the misspellings of Lenny's name on the messed-up button prompts is "Lemmy", which is possibly a reference to Lemmy Kilmister, the late frontman of English metal band Motörhead.

  • ◆This mission is one of the very few missions that display full nudity in the game, which happens when Arthur sees a couple having sex if he opens the wrong door while looking for Lenny.
  • ◆If Arthur opens the door when lightly drunk (while looking for Lenny for the first or second time) he will close it while apologizing to the angry couple and chuckling to himself.
  • ◆If Arthur opens the door when very drunk (when looking for Lenny for the third time) he will see Lenny's head and skin color superimposed over the couple and scream in terror before shutting the door. Doing this will complete one of the Gold Medal Objectives ("Catch Lenny in the act").
  • ◆Jeb is later seen harassing Sadie in the Epilogue mission "Gainful Employment" - seems he never learns.
  • ◆When riding into Valentine with Lenny, if the player antagonizes an NPC enough to make them hostile, Lenny will pull out his revolver and shoot them dead.
