Ленни возвращается в Horseshoe Overlook с известием, что Micah арестован за убийство в Strawberry и Sheriff Hanley собирается его повесить. Dutch говорит Arthur Morgan, что Micah придется заняться позже, и велит ему сводить взвинченного Ленни выпить. Артур едет с Ленни в Valentine и заходит в Smithfield's Saloon. У стойки Jeb начинает задирать их, но Артур заставляет его уйти, после чего они продолжают пить.
От выпивки Артур все хуже держится на ногах, а Ленни несколько раз пропадает из виду. Артур находит его наверху, где тот пытается удержать стопку на лбу, а позднее видит его на барной стойке, отбивающимся от двух мужчин. Артур вмешивается, но вечер распадается на танец в шеренге и провалы в памяти. Помочившись снаружи, Артур возвращается в салун, где ему всюду мерещится Ленни. Ленни наконец находит его, и встреча превращается в пьяную драку с пощечинами.
Jeb возвращается и выхватывает у Артура выпивку, после чего Артур хватает его. Снаружи Артур и Ленни держат Jeb над поилкой, пока тот не вырвется или не потеряет сознание. Прибывают представители закона, арестовывают Ленни и гонятся за Артуром по Valentine. Если Артур уходит от погони, он просыпается с похмельем у Flatneck Station. Если его ловят, они с Ленни вносят залог в тюрьме Valentine, где Ленни блюет на улице, прежде чем они расходятся.

- ◆When Arthur looks for Lenny whilst extremely drunk, one of the misspellings of Lenny's name on the messed-up button prompts is "Lemmy", which is possibly a reference to Lemmy Kilmister, the late frontman of English metal band Motörhead.

- ◆If Arthur opens the door when very drunk (when looking for Lenny for the third time) he will see Lenny's head and skin color superimposed over the couple and scream in terror before shutting the door. Doing this will complete one of the Gold Medal Objectives ("Catch Lenny in the act").
- ◆Jeb is later seen harassing Sadie in the Epilogue mission "Gainful Employment" - seems he never learns.
- ◆When riding into Valentine with Lenny, if the player antagonizes an NPC enough to make them hostile, Lenny will pull out his revolver and shoot them dead.
