Patricia Madrazo est l'épouse de Martin Madrazo et la mère de Miguel Madrazo. Née au Mexique en 1956, elle s'installe plus tard aux États-Unis et épouse Martin en 1983. Leur mariage est malheureux : Martin la maltraite verbalement et entretient une liaison avec Natalia Zverovna. En 2013, Trevor Philips et Michael De Santa rencontrent Patricia au domaine des Madrazo durant leurs affaires avec Martin. Trevor voit comment Martin la traite et emmène plus tard Patricia loin de lui.

Trevor garde Patricia dans sa caravane à Sandy Shores pendant que Michael et lui se font discrets. Elle ne tente pas de s'enfuir. À la place, elle nettoie la caravane, entretient son jardin et essaie de freiner les dangereuses habitudes de Trevor. Michael soupçonne qu'elle s'est attachée à son ravisseur, tandis que Trevor devient ouvertement affectueux envers elle. Lorsque le conflit de Trevor avec Martin l'oblige à ramener Patricia à La Fuente Blanca, il la reconduit chez elle et lui fait ses adieux avec détresse après avoir menacé Martin à propos de la manière dont il la traite.

Patricia retourne auprès de Martin, mais continue d'appeler et d'envoyer des e-mails à Trevor alors que se déroulent les événements impliquant Michael, Trevor et Franklin Clinton. Des années plus tard, elle apparaît à The Music Locker avec Jackie et Kaylee lorsque Miguel rencontre le GTA Online Protagonist. Ivre dans l'espace VIP, elle embarrasse Miguel par son affection. Au manoir de Miguel après The Cayo Perico Heist, Patricia propose des rafraîchissements aux invités et remercie le Protagonist d'avoir aidé son fils tandis que Miguel brûle les Madrazo Files, y compris des photographies d'elle et de Trevor.

Anecdotes

◆In the beta, Patricia would originally have been kidnapped by both Trevor and Michael during an unused job called The Sharmoota Job.
◆After completing the main story, Trevor can wear Patricia's outfit.
◆Should Franklin Clinton approach Trevor's trailer at any point between Caida Libre and starting Minor Turbulence, Patricia refuses to let Franklin enter and can be heard cleaning the inside of the trailer.
◆Wei Cheng, in his phone call to Trevor during Bury the Hatchet, has no idea of who Patricia is - and assumes she is merely a maid.
◆Ron Jakowski sends a text message to Trevor in which he refers to Patricia as "the maid", although in Minor Turbulence, Ron can comment on Trevor abducting Patricia, due to Trevor telling Ron who she is between the text and that mission.
◆The player can sometimes see Patricia and Michael sitting on the couch in Trevor's trailer and hear Patricia and Michael chat about Trevor.
◆This can create a glitch. When the player encounters them as Trevor, they will be sitting on the couch. If the player makes Trevor drink a beer, Michael and Patricia will stand up and leave the trailer. If Trevor stops drinking and leaves the trailer, Michael and Patricia will repeatedly respawn.
◆Trevor and Patricia can also be found outside the trailer holding hands and showing affection for each other.
◆If the player switches to Trevor while seeing him hold hands with Patricia, she will walk away and repeatedly respawn.
◆Due to a glitch, occasionally when returning to the trailer as either Trevor or Michael, Patricia will have wandered off and not be present in either the trailer or the yard. Neither character appears to be concerned about this.
◆If Cletus is befriended, he can send a text to Trevor stating that he left a pie at the trailer and "met Patricia... glad you're finally settling down."
