Vapid Hotknife to dwudrzwiowy hot rod klasy Muscle, mieszczący dwie osoby. W Grand Theft Auto V i Grand Theft Auto Online jego stylistyka opiera się na kit carze z pakietem Speedstar Fender Package, wywodzącym się z mocno zmodyfikowanego 1933 Ford Model A Hot Rod. Nazwa jest też grą słów z określeniem "hot rod."
Hotknife ma chromowany grill, okrągłe reflektory, szerokie błotniki i boczne rury wydechowe. Pokrywa silnika oraz błotniki są opcjonalnymi dodatkami, dlatego niektóre egzemplarze odsłaniają silnik, ramy wsporcze i przewody. Występuje w dwukolorowym lakierze, a jego wnętrze pochodzi z Peyote'a i obejmuje duży analogowy wskaźnik. Gaźnikowy V8 z pojedynczym wałkiem rozrządu zapewnia mu głośne brzmienie muscle cara.
