Blazer Lifeguard

The Nagasaki Blazer Lifeguard is a single-seat rescue quad bike in the Off-Road class. It is the Los Santos Lifeguard's utility version of the Blazer, built on the same chassis, handlebars and suspension. Its design combines elements from several real-world quad bikes. A tall black front guard, broad fenders, carbon-fibre wheel wells and brown mudguards give it a heavier appearance than the standard model.

The quad is painted red with yellow "Lifeguard" lettering, white "Rescue" markings and black "Blazer 4x4" decals. Black racks are mounted at both ends. The front rack carries a flotation device and the rear rack holds a small first-aid box. Chrome framing surrounds the engine, while the muffler sits on the right side. It has no licence plate.

Blazer Lifeguards appear around Del Perro Beach, either ridden by lifeguards or parked beside the beach's lifeguard stands. In Grand Theft Auto Online, they appear more often around the beach when one is already being driven. Warstock Cache & Carry sold it for $62,000 after The Diamond Casino Heist update, until it was removed from the website in the enhanced versions with the San Andreas Mercenaries update. It accelerates and grips well, but its added weight reduces its top speed and leaning ability off road compared with the regular Blazer. It is more resistant to collision damage.
