Mixer

The HVY Mixer is an Industrial-class, three-axle cement mixer truck in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online, carrying a driver and one passenger. It shares much of its cab and chassis layout with the three-axle Tipper, though it has a passenger-side exhaust stack, a single driver-side battery box and no rear lift axle. Its mixer drum and frame use the secondary paint colour, while the cab uses the primary colour.

A stripe around the mixer drum takes the wheel colour, and the truck rides on standard industrial wheels. The rear-wheel-drive Mixer uses a turbocharged inline-four engine and a four-speed gearbox, with an engine sound also heard on vehicles including the Phantom and Rubble. It is slow to accelerate and build speed, and its tall centre of gravity makes it prone to rolling on uneven ground. Its weight lets it force other vehicles aside.

Mixers appear in traffic around the Port of Los Santos, and one is parked near a house in Sandy Shores, a block north-west of Trevor's Trailer. The game also places them around construction sites and has them travel to and from those locations. In Grand Theft Auto Online's enhanced version, reaching Sponsorship Tier 300 in Arena War unlocks the Mixer as a Pegasus vehicle. That version arrives in a black-and-white paint job.
