Mixer (4-axle)

The HVY Mixer (4-axle) is a two-seat Industrial cement mixer built on the design of the Biff. Its cab and hood follow the Biff's form, though its front fenders are rounded and its two circular headlights sit beside the hood rather than inside the fenders. The truck carries a single colour across both the cab and mixer drum, unlike the smaller Mixer.

The four-axle version retains the Biff-derived three-axle chassis and adds a rear tag axle intended to steady the truck, although that axle has no function in play. It is larger than the standard Mixer but drives the same way: it is slow, with average acceleration and top speed for an industrial truck. Its weight can force other vehicles aside, though it can still be stopped.

Mixers appear in Grand Theft Auto V and GTA Online as construction traffic, travelling to and from building sites or standing around them. In Grand Theft Auto V, they can be seen around the Port of Los Santos. One is parked near a house in Sandy Shores, a block north-west of Trevor's Trailer. The truck uses a turbocharged inline-four driving the rear wheels through a four-speed gearbox, with an engine sound shared by the Phantom and Rubble.
