Assault Shotgun

The Assault Shotgun is a fully automatic shotgun made by Vom Feuer, also known as the street sweeper. In Grand Theft Auto V, its revised design is based on a Turkish shotgun, although it fires automatically rather than operating as a pump action. It has a box magazine, a visible pump handle, side rails on its handguard and a slotted muzzle.

Ammu-Nation sells the Assault Shotgun for $3,500 after Blitz Play. In Grand Theft Auto Online, it unlocks at Rank 37 through Ammu-Nation. It can also be found on the church porch at the Altruist Camp in the Chiliad Mountain State Wilderness, beneath the floor at the Union Depository in Pillbox Hill, and in the security room of a player's Facility.

With damage rated at 77, a fire rate of 50, accuracy of 25, range of 20 and a 10 round clip, the Assault Shotgun is built for close quarters. Its automatic fire lets it place rapid follow-up shots and makes blind fire more useful than with other shotguns. Its wide pellet spread and damage loss over distance reduce its effect at medium range, while a Grip, Extended Clip, Flashlight and Suppressor are available.
