W Shady Belle Leopold Strauss wysyła Arthura Morgana po kolejną niespłaconą należność. Dłużnikiem jest Algie Davison, rybak mieszkający w Catfish Jacksons. Zanim Arthur rusza do posiadłości, rozmowę przerywa jego kaszel.
Arthur zastaje Algiego śpiącego nad wodą w Catfish Jacksons. Algie budzi się i prowadzi go do domu, twierdząc, że odda pieniądze. W kuchni każe synowi Nate'owi przygotować napój, a sam szuka kasetki z gotówką pod zlewem. Arthur może przyjąć herbatę albo zabrać Algiemu pustą kasetkę. W obu przypadkach wychodzi na jaw oszustwo Algiego, który atakuje Arthura, czasem z nożem w ręku.

- ◆When Strauss assigns this mission, Arthur can be seen noticeably coughing, foreshadowing his later diagnosis with tuberculosis.
- ◆It is possible to kill or knockout Algie while he is still sitting near the river, then ask Nate for the money location later.
- ◆Players can also kill or knockout both Algie and Nate and collect the money inside Nate's foot locker directly.
- ◆Both actions will result in a loss of honor.
- ◆If the player robs Catfish Jacksons beforehand, Algie will recognize them and comment on it during this mission.
- ◆Sometimes, a bug may occur where neither Algie nor Nate spawn, regardless of whether the player has already robbed the house or not. In this case, upon reaching the property, the mission will simply prompt the player to search the house for the debt money. The player can walk to the chest beside the bed, retrieve the money, and the mission will be completed.
- ◆The soundtrack that plays during the mission is also used in "The First Shall Be Last".
