يلتقي Trevor وMichael وFranklin بـ Lester في مكتب Trevor داخل Vanilla Unicorn في Strawberry للتحضير لسرقة Union Depository. وبما أن الوقت المتاح لجمع المعلومات محدود، يقسمون المهام بينهم. يصطحب Michael، Franklin إلى Union Depository، بينما يغادر Trevor برفقة Lester لتعقب الطريق الذي تسلكه عربات الحراسة. ويتفق الثنائيان على إتمام مراقبتهما قبل انتهاء الفرصة.
يقود Michael، Franklin إلى Union Depository ويدرس نقاط الدخول إلى المبنى. يتفقدان المدخل الأمامي، ثم ينتقلان لتفحص مدخل المرآب في الخلف. ويبدو أن الحراسة خفيفة عند كلا المدخلين. وبعد انتهاء معاينتهما، ينتقل المنظور إلى Trevor بينما يقود Lester خارج Los Santos باتجاه Sandy Shores Airfield.
في المهبط، يصعد Trevor وLester إلى Frogger الخاصة بـ Trevor ويحلقان عائدين نحو Murrieta Heights. يعثران على عربتي Securicars تسيران عبر المدينة ويتعقبانهما من الأعلى. يقترح Trevor عدة مواقع محتملة لاعتراض القافلة، لكن Lester يرفض كل واحد منها. وفي النهاية، تختفي العربتان داخل نفق تحت Integrity Tower، ثم تخرجان منه وتدخلان Union Depository عبر مدخل المرآب.
يقرر Lester أن النفق هو المكان المناسب لضرب عربات الحراسة ويطلب من Trevor تفقد حفريات Los Santos Transit القريبة بحثا عن طريق للهروب. يحوم Trevor بالمروحية فوق مدخل موقع البناء بينما يفحص Lester المكان. ثم يعيده Trevor إلى Sandy Shores Airfield. ويعود المنظور إلى Michael، الذي يقود Franklin إلى منزله في Vinewood Hills ويتركه هناك.

معلومات إضافية
- ◆If Deep Inside has not been completed, then Molly Schultz will message Franklin and berate him for the outstanding JB 700. During her message, she will incorrectly spell Devin Weston's surname as "Westin".
- ◆In the GTA Online mission Escape Escort, which takes place months before the main story, the player has to escort three criminals after robbing the Union Depository, contradicting Trevor's comments about it never being robbed before during this mission. Lester also made the same statement in Casing the Jewel Store.
- ◆If the player switches to Trevor and Lester immediately upon starting the mission, leading to a drive up the highway, they get to hear the two argue about respect.
