تُعد Buckingham Luxor طائرة رجال أعمال خاصة ثابتة الجناحين وأحادية السطح، صُممت بوصفها النظير الفاخر لطائرة Shamal. تتسع لعشرة أشخاص وتضم مقصورة داخلية من خشب الماهوغاني. ويشمل طلاءها الأسود والأبيض أو الذهبي خطوطاً ذهبية منحنية تمتد على طول البدن والجنيحات الطرفية، إلى جانب شعار على الذيل. ويتبع اسمها استخدام Rockstar للمصطلحات المصرية والعربية لطائرات رجال الأعمال، إذ يشير إلى مدينة Luxor المصرية القديمة.
في Grand Theft Auto V وGrand Theft Auto Online، تبيع Elitás Travel طائرة Luxor مقابل $1,500,000. في Story Mode، تظهر نماذج منها في Los Santos International Airport، متوقفة في الزاوية الجنوبية الشرقية بجوار Shamal، أو تسير على المدرج نحو حظيرة Michael، أو تتحرك عبر المنطقة الشمالية الغربية قبل أن تتوقف قرب طائرتين نفاثتين. وفي Online، يمكن أن تظهر في حظيرة Devin Weston في Los Santos International Airport عند Rank 50، أو في Sandy Shores Airfield، أو قرب الطرف الجنوبي الشرقي من المدرج 33 L.
تناسب Luxor الرحلات الخاصة الهادئة أكثر من الطيران التنافسي. وهي تعادل Shamal بوصفها خامس أسرع طائرة، رغم أن Hydra وP-996 LAZER وBesra وVestra أسرع منها. تجعل كتلتها وقدرتها المحدودة على المناورة الانعطافات الحادة صعبة في Air Races، لكنها تحافظ على سرعتها جيداً في المسارات المستقيمة. وفي Story Mode، لا تحمل أكثر من شخصين رغم مقصورتها الأكبر.

- ◆The emblem on the tail of the Luxor is actually the coat of arms of Emperor Rudolf II of Habsburg.
- ◆Its livery might suggest it is based on Etihad Airways, the Emirati Airline based out of Abu Dhabi.
- ◆In keeping with Rockstar's tradition of naming their business jets after Egyptian and Arabic terms, the Luxor (and the Luxor Deluxe) is named after the ancient Egyptian city of the same name.
- ◆Despite the plane being able to sit 10 people including the pilot in GTA Online, it cannot sit more than 2 persons in Story Mode. If the player reunites all the three protagonists and enters a Luxor, one of the two not controlled by the player will sit next to the player and the third will not board the plane.
- ◆A picture of the Luxor can be seen in the Max Payne 3 multiplayer map "Tiete River Docks" along with pictures of a Shamal, a Titan and a Hydra.
- ◆In the enhanced version, there is a strange triangle-shaped texture found on the interior, between the front right row of seats. This texture shape bears slight resemblance to the Speedophile logo.
