Die Buckingham Luxor ist ein Privatjet mit Starrflügeln und ein Eindecker, der als luxuriöses Gegenstück zur Shamal gebaut wurde. Sie bietet Platz für zehn Personen und verfügt über ein Interieur aus Mahagoni. Ihre schwarz-weiße oder goldene Lackierung umfasst geschwungene goldene Linien entlang des Rumpfs und der Winglets sowie ein Emblem am Heck. Der Name folgt Rockstars Verwendung ägyptischer und arabischer Begriffe für Businessjets und verweist auf die altägyptische Stadt Luxor.
In Grand Theft Auto V und Grand Theft Auto Online verkauft Elitás Travel die Luxor für $1.500.000. Im Story Mode erscheinen Exemplare am Los Santos International Airport: im Südosten neben einer Shamal geparkt, auf dem Rollweg zu Michaels Hangar oder im Nordwestbereich unterwegs, bevor sie nahe zweier Jets parken. In Online kann sie ab Rank 50 in Devin Westons Hangar am Los Santos International Airport, auf dem Sandy Shores Airfield oder nahe dem südöstlichen Ende der Start- und Landebahn 33 L erscheinen.
Die Luxor eignet sich eher für entspannte Privatflüge als für kompetitives Fliegen. Sie liegt mit der Shamal gleichauf als fünftschnellstes Flugzeug, wobei Hydra, P-996 LAZER, Besra und Vestra schneller sind. Ihr Gewicht und ihre eingeschränkte Wendigkeit erschweren enge Kurven in Air Races, doch auf Geraden hält sie ihre Geschwindigkeit gut. Im Story Mode befördert sie trotz ihrer größeren Kabine nicht mehr als zwei Personen.

- ◆In keeping with Rockstar's tradition of naming their business jets after Egyptian and Arabic terms, the Luxor (and the Luxor Deluxe) is named after the ancient Egyptian city of the same name.
- ◆Despite the plane being able to sit 10 people including the pilot in GTA Online, it cannot sit more than 2 persons in Story Mode. If the player reunites all the three protagonists and enters a Luxor, one of the two not controlled by the player will sit next to the player and the third will not board the plane.
