Buckingham Luxor to stałopłatowy prywatny odrzutowiec, jednopłat zaprojektowany jako luksusowa odmiana Shamala. Mieści dziesięć osób i ma mahoniowe wnętrze. Czarno-białe lub złote malowanie obejmuje ukośne złote pasy biegnące po kadłubie i wingletach oraz emblemat na ogonie. Nazwa wpisuje się w zwyczaj Rockstar, by biznesowe odrzutowce nazywać egipskimi i arabskimi określeniami, i odwołuje się do starożytnego egipskiego miasta Luxor.
W Grand Theft Auto V i Grand Theft Auto Online Luxor jest sprzedawany przez Elitás Travel za $1,500,000. W Story Mode pojawia się na Los Santos International Airport: stoi w południowo-wschodnim narożniku obok Shamala, kołuje w stronę hangaru Michaela albo przemieszcza się po północno-zachodniej części lotniska, po czym zatrzymuje się przy dwóch odrzutowcach. W Online może pojawić się od Rank 50 w hangarze Devina Westona na Los Santos International Airport, na Sandy Shores Airfield lub przy południowo-wschodnim końcu pasa 33 L.
Luxor lepiej nadaje się do spokojnych prywatnych lotów niż do rywalizacji. Wraz z Shamalem jest piątym najszybszym samolotem, ale Hydra, P-996 LAZER, Besra i Vestra są szybsze. Duża masa i słaba zwrotność utrudniają ostre zakręty w Air Races, choć na prostych utrzymuje dobrą prędkość. Mimo większej kabiny w Story Mode zabiera najwyżej dwie osoby.

- ◆The emblem on the tail of the Luxor is actually the coat of arms of Emperor Rudolf II of Habsburg.
- ◆Its livery might suggest it is based on Etihad Airways, the Emirati Airline based out of Abu Dhabi.
- ◆In keeping with Rockstar's tradition of naming their business jets after Egyptian and Arabic terms, the Luxor (and the Luxor Deluxe) is named after the ancient Egyptian city of the same name.
- ◆Despite the plane being able to sit 10 people including the pilot in GTA Online, it cannot sit more than 2 persons in Story Mode. If the player reunites all the three protagonists and enters a Luxor, one of the two not controlled by the player will sit next to the player and the third will not board the plane.
- ◆A picture of the Luxor can be seen in the Max Payne 3 multiplayer map "Tiete River Docks" along with pictures of a Shamal, a Titan and a Hydra.
- ◆In the enhanced version, there is a strange triangle-shaped texture found on the interior, between the front right row of seats. This texture shape bears slight resemblance to the Speedophile logo.
