Player notes

Floyd Hebert is Wade Hebert's cousin, a shy, conscientious longshoreman who has worked at Pier 400 in the Port of Los Santos since 2003. He lives with his fiancée, Debra, at her apartment on Goma Street in Vespucci Beach. While Debra is away on business, Wade brings Trevor Philips there while searching Los Santos for Michael De Santa. Trevor forces his way into the apartment, dismisses Floyd's objections and makes himself at home with Wade, leaving Floyd unable to reclaim his own space.

Trevor takes Floyd and Wade to the port to inspect Merryweather's operations. Floyd and Trevor pose as dock workers, move cargo and photograph a Merryweather container ship. At a guarded dock, Floyd tries to smooth over Trevor's act of pretending not to speak English, but the guards beat him while Trevor takes a briefcase and leaves him behind. Floyd later operates a crane to load a Submersible onto a truck for Trevor. He helps recover it after the Freighter Approach, then is ordered to return it with Lester Crest, or joins Wade in delivering it to Trevor's Sandy Shores airfield after the Offshore Approach.

With Trevor hiding from Martin Madrazo, Floyd cleans Debra's apartment and restores it before she returns. Once Trevor can return to Los Santos, he arrives as Floyd is leaving and forces his way inside. Debra confronts him with a pistol, while Floyd takes a kitchen knife. Trevor leaves the apartment shortly afterward covered in blood. He tells Wade that Floyd and Debra have gone away, and takes him to the Vanilla Unicorn, while Floyd is left dead at the apartment.

Trivia

◆Based on his surname, Floyd (alongside Wade) could be of French, or more specifically, Louisiana Creole descent.
◆Floyd owns a teddy bear called Mr. Raspberry Jam. After Hang Ten, it will be attached to Trevor's truck as a unique grille ornament (stock grille only). Floyd also owns several other stuffed animals that can be seen on the shelves in his room, but only Mr. Raspberry Jam can be interacted with.
◆In some instances when switching to Trevor, Trevor can be seen spooning Floyd in the bedroom of his apartment while the latter is wearing pink pajamas that may belong to Debra. Upon leaving the room, Floyd can be heard crying, and lamenting what he had done to deserve such a fate.
◆Floyd may be seen in the apartment having a nightmare while wearing the pink pajamas. He tosses and turns and yells "Debra!". He may also have dreams relating to Mr. Raspberry Jam, possibly remembering when Trevor had first degraded the stuffed animal.
◆Floyd's phone appears to be an iFruit, as it is seen in his hands when Trevor forces his way into the apartment for the first time.
◆When Trevor leaves the apartment, Floyd mentions that he thought that methamphetamines made people "tidy". Occasionally, Floyd will say that he "breathed in some powder by accident" and that he "can't stop cleaning". After saying this, he will head to the kitchen to start cleaning.
