Ron Jakowski

Ron Jakowski is Trevor Philips' fearful neighbour in the Sandy Shores trailer park, a former accountant who becomes an intern and occasional manager at Trevor Philips Enterprises. A conspiracy theorist and Blaine County Radio Community Hour host, he lives next door to Trevor, Wade Hebert and the business he helps run. Before the story, Trevor drives Ron's wife away, ending Ron's marriage and leaving him indebted. Ron nevertheless regards Trevor as his best friend and tries constantly to keep him calm.

Ron first enters the story when Johnny Klebitz arrives at Trevor's trailer. Ron and Wade attempt to restrain Johnny, but Trevor kills him. Ron rides with Trevor and Wade to Grapeseed, where Trevor confronts Terry Thorpe and Clay Simons, then attacks The Lost MC at The Range while Ron and Wade wait in the Bodhi. They then go to Ortega's trailer, where Trevor forces it into the river and decides Ortega's fate.

After The Lost retaliates by wrecking Trevor's trailer, Ron joins Trevor in taking Sandy Shores Airfield. While Trevor covers the airfield from a water tower, Ron slips inside on his Blazer, plants explosives on the fuel tank and escapes after it detonates. They take aircraft from the field, deliver guns to a Mexican contact and land at McKenzie Field. When Trevor leaves for Los Santos with Wade, Ron takes temporary charge of Trevor Philips Enterprises and reports that Chinese men are watching the trailer and meth lab.

When Trevor returns to Sandy Shores with Michael De Santa, Ron supplies intelligence gathered from Merryweather communications. Trevor uses it in the operations against a Merryweather cargo plane and train. Ron later prepares a plane when Trevor needs to travel to North Yankton. During The Third Way, he tells Trevor that Trevor Philips Enterprises has money coming in and sounds encouraged by the prospect of the Chinese threat ending. He remains at his trailer in Sandy Shores, broadcasting theories, practising with tin cans and looking after Trevor's business.
