Battle Rifle

The Vom Feuer Battle Rifle is a fully automatic battle rifle in the assault rifle class, added to Grand Theft Auto Online with The Chop Shop update. Its design draws chiefly on an unnamed real world rifle, while its magazine is modelled after that of the Vepr 7.62x54r and is shared with the Marksman Rifle. It has damage rated at 41, a fire rate of 52, accuracy of 42, range of 45 and a clip size of 40.

The Battle Rifle fires as quickly as the Carbine Rifle and Service Carbine, but its powerful calibre gives it high damage per shot. Only the Assault Rifle Mk II deals more damage per round among assault rifles. It is accurate enough for ordinary rifle engagements, though its heavy recoil makes sustained automatic fire less effective at longer distances.

An Extended Clip and Suppressor are available for the Battle Rifle. Its strong individual shots make the Suppressor's damage reduction less severe than it is on lower damage rifles. The rifle can also pierce several enemies, giving it a role against lined up targets and as an alternative to sniper rifles. It is sold by the Agency or the Gun Van when in stock for $497,500, before applicable discounts.
