Unmarked Cruiser

The Vapid Unmarked Cruiser is a full-size, four-door Emergency sedan with room for four. It is an unmarked police version of the Vapid Stanier, modelled on the Ford Crown Victoria and otherwise closely related to the Police Cruiser and Sheriff Cruiser. Los Santos Police Department officers operate it. Its slick-top roof replaces the external light bar with LED emergency lights inside the cabin, while a push bar, folded searchlights and Police Cruiser badge remain.

The Unmarked Cruiser commonly appears in black, grey or dark blue, with rarer light grey, silver and dark red examples. It has light smoke window tint and shares its wheels with the marked cruisers. Its front-engine, rear-wheel-drive layout uses a longitudinal twin-cam inline-four and five-speed gearbox. It performs much like the Police Cruiser: its top speed is slightly higher because of lower drag, while acceleration and handling are average, braking is decent, and its body-on-frame construction makes it durable.

In Grand Theft Auto V, officers patrol Strawberry Station in a black Unmarked Cruiser at night, from 22:00 to 04:00. It appears during Grass Roots - The Pickup if the Duneloader leaves the lumberyard through the front gates, and may appear in Property Management: Smoke on the Water. In Grand Theft Auto Online Enhanced, Warstock Cache & Carry sells it for $3,950,000 after a five-minute three-star wanted level survival, or for $2,962,500 after The Gangbanger Robbery is completed as leader.
