FIB Buffalo

The Bravado FIB Buffalo is a black, four-door emergency sedan built on a muscle-car type. Used by the Federal Investigation Bureau, it retains the bulky Buffalo shape from Grand Theft Auto IV, with FIB emergency lighting at the front and rear. In Grand Theft Auto V, added interior LED strips supplement the exterior lights. Its cabin is shared with the Taxi and other law-enforcement sedans, while its wheels are also used by the Police Cruiser.

The Buffalo has a smooth but forceful character, with a supercharged feel from its engine. Its high top speed places it among the faster law-enforcement vehicles, although its five-speed transmission can restrain that pace at times. Rear-wheel drive can make it oversteer, yet it remains balanced through fast corners rather than behaving like most American muscle cars. Soft suspension keeps it composed over uneven and hilly roads.

The FIB Buffalo withstands gunfire and collision damage well, making it suited to federal police work. It uses a distinct siren set in enhanced versions, sharing its main wail and yelp tones with the FIB Granger. The FIB has otherwise adopted the Granger-based FIB vehicle as its main transport. The Buffalo appears during the Grand Theft Auto V mission "Lamar Down".
