Grenade Launcher

The Grenade Launcher is a Shrewsbury Heavy weapon chambered for 40mm grenades. Its GTA V design draws on the short-barrel M-32A1/Mark 14 revolver-type launcher, with a rotating drum, railed handguard and top rail, and a collapsible carbine stock. It fires single shots in double-action operation and carries 20 rounds.

With damage rated at 95, the Grenade Launcher delivers explosive firepower at a range of 50, though its accuracy rating of 10 and fire rate of 20 place it below more precise heavy weapons. Grenades detonate immediately when striking people or vehicles, while missed shots explode shortly afterwards. The launcher adjusts the projectile arc for targets within its effective range, making it useful against cover, vehicles and low-flying helicopters.

Trevor receives the Grenade Launcher during Trevor Philips Industries, after which Ammu-Nation sells it for $7,000. He can also collect one during the fourth Rampage. Other pickups sit on the northwest arch of the San Andreas Avenue bridge, inside Franklin's purchasable Los Santos International Airport hangar, beneath the water near the cove between Palmer-Taylor Power Station and Davis Quartz, around underwater wrecks, and in the Alamo Sea cargo plane after Minor Turbulence. Another lies underwater behind the boat in the cave containing Letter Scrap 30.
