Marksman Pistol

The Marksman Pistol is a single-shot handgun added to Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online with the Ill-Gotten Gains Part 2 Update. It is a break-action pistol with the proportions of a small rifle, an ergonomic grip and a very short barrel. Although it is about the size of the Sawn-off Shotgun, it is held one-handed by the grip outside First-Person View.

In the original version of Grand Theft Auto V, the Marksman Pistol is placed in the player's inventory. In the enhanced version, Ammu-Nation sells it for $4,350 after the completion of Mr. Richards. Ammu-Nation also sells it in Grand Theft Auto Online for the same price. Players with the Special or Collector's Edition receive it free of charge.

The pistol delivers exceptionally heavy damage for a bullet weapon and can kill several enemies with one round when they are aligned. Its single round must be reloaded after every shot, though its reload is quicker than the Musket's. Poor handgun accuracy limits it at distance, while its damage makes it suited to close combat as an alternative to a shotgun. It has no attachments.
