Perico Pistol

The Perico Pistol is a single-shot handgun in Grand Theft Auto Online, added with The Cayo Perico Heist update. It is El Rubio's prized sidearm, an antique pistol with a rounded ivory grip bearing a shield on a gold circle. Its barrel and loading mechanism are gold, and the barrel carries the German inscription "MIT OFFENEN ARMEN". Its form draws on a German pistol grip, with details styled after a James Bond film adaptation.

During The Cayo Perico Heist Finale, the pistol is kept in Juan Strickler's private office on Cayo Perico, inside a drawer in his desk. The drawer opens with a key taken from a sleeping Cayo Perico Guard, who can be found at various locations around Los Santos. Once the pistol has been unlocked, Ammu-Nation stocks ammunition for it.

The Perico Pistol works much like the Marksman Pistol. It loads and fires one round at a time, delivering heavy damage but requiring a reload after every shot. Its accuracy and lock-on distance make it less suited to distant targets than most handguns. Like the Marksman Pistol, the Pistol .50 and most revolvers, it is effective against the bullet-resistant windows of certain armored vehicles. The Money Fronts update also lists it as a drive-by weapon.
